SO, WHAT DOES A CA x PILATES ALL-STARS’ ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?

We encourage our ALL-STARS to own their fitness and the clarity that comes with it! No matter the goal, the fundamentals of CA will be carried throughout their journey.

Our core values ensure that ALL-STARS have an attitude to be proud of each day. Our ALL-STARS don’t whine, they don’t complain, & they don’t make excuses! They do their best and they keep moving forward!

We know that ALL-STARS days and weeks can be jam-packed with things they can’t control, so together we keep each other hyper connected with a fitness regime that allows ALL-STARS to tap into new levels of excellence!

All we ask is that ALL-STARS put in the time, give it their best and we take care of the rest! Our Hall of Fame Coaches have built out some epic hero sessions for ALL-STARS to unlock their greatness on our new CA x Reformers.

Get ready for 50 minutes of reformer pilates that will challenge you with a whole body burn! Traditional pilates movements are performed with heavier springs, supersets and overloads to push your body to the limit, all while focusing on specific muscle groups for an extra tone and burn, leaving you feeling lean, strong and accomplished.

STRENGTH + CHALLENGE + OVERLOAD

50 minutes of Reformer Pilates performed Strong! The whole squad will be working those springs a little heavier, with full control while pushing the body to challenge every muscle group in a new and better way. Get ready to dominate your strength game, burn excess fat while building lean muscle mass in this epic 50 minute Super Strong Burn session.

ENDURANCE + PACE + TONE

Are you ready to see what you are made of? A reformer session with all the fun of the pilates you know and love but with a 50 minute opportunity to unlock your full potential on that reformer! It’s full body conditioning, high volume, high reps, and of course high intensity- all at 3,500m above sea level! – Get ready to tone those muscles and leave feeling taller and sweatier than when you entered the Arena. Ensure you bring your  A-Game as it’s going to get steamy

META-TEMPO

SPEED + POWER + AGILITY

Are you ready to hit the reformer, at 3500m above sea level and burn more calories than you thought humanly possible? Think full body aerobic conditioning stimulating every oxygen pathway possible. You will work that reformer and floor a little faster, a little harder with power and agility. A pilates reformer workout that will give you whole body conditioning, including high intensity, high reps and volume! This is a non stop Pilates sweat session and you will leave the arena feeling like a leaner, fitter version of yourself with the endorphins running wild through your body..

TOTAL-FLOW

BREATHE + CONNECT + FLOW

Get ready to work that pilates reformer performed in a state of flow, with all the best parts of traditional pilates, working the whole body with a greater state of flow, working the whole body in cohesion and seamless progression. The body will move while you connect your mind to muscle and work every part of your body, creating leaner muscles and working the whole body through an epic  series of exercises on the reformer and floor all while at 3,500m above sea level.

New to Pilates? No problem! This is a perfect session to work on the fundamentals of reformer Pilates. Executing movements with control, working on breath to body connection, precise movements, and of course working that core! 50 minutes of perfectly controlled pilates on the reformer and the floor, working every muscle group, all while feeling connected and grounded. Don’t be fooled though, you will feel the burn, feel taller and feel like a better version of yourself after this 50 minute session..

ATHLETICA-60

CHALLENGE + SWEAT + ACCOMPLISH

Get ready for a 60 minute hybrid workout to complete your week! All the best parts of your sessions mixed into one almighty pilates fusion at 3500m above sea level. This is the session if you love to really work, tone and challenge those pilates bodies and minds! This is the holy grail of pilates at altitude, pushing the body in strength, conditioning, trimming and toning the entire body all in an incredible flow on that reformer and floor!  You will feel the burn, the sweat and the amazing achievements after this EPIC athletica session – all at altitude, starting that weekend with a BANG!!
