Sales and Business Development Coordinator
At Combine Air the Club Sales & Business Development Coordinator is the voice of the
business. It requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
This key role is accountable for generating and converting leads for their CA x Club, along
with building strong brand awareness and local relationships with businesses and individuals
with the goal of increasing session attendance and meeting sales and retention KPIs.

Role Responsibilities
Club Sales & Outreach
- Drive leads enquiries, in person, over the phone & online
- Convert leads to meet club KPIs
- Work with the community to drive new ALL-STARS into the club whilst working on
opportunities specific to the community & demographic of the club - Help devise solid outreach strategies to increase lead generation and meet club KPIs
- Help develop & prioritise community marketing and lead generation efforts
- Help execute approved marketing and lead generation efforts & analyse for ROI and
lessons learnt for future development - Help manage and oversee all special events, including pop-ups and out-of-club
events - Help implement national campaigns at a local level
- Responsible for developing and supporting club staff with marketing activities
- Conduct after-action review on local campaigns & activities to evaluate & support
future campaigns - Report on success of local campaigns
- Help create local event calendar for both the club and local businesses/groups and
determine your club’s involvement in any community events - Help develop the club community and corporate marketing budget
- Help deliver solutions that promote & create positive ALL-STAR experiences in the
club - Email communications for local events/specials/news happening at the club
Brand Awareness - Help communicate the CA benefits, services and mission to the local community
- Report on local trends, competitor activities and strategies that can be implemented
to grow brand awareness in your local community - Build brand awareness and increase brand value through local activations with club
staff and key ALL-STARS - Help in the creation of content for review & submission every month
- Help conceptualise local social media storylines by including current season apparel,
guest coaches, relevant cultural conversations or themes - Execute any required social media duties to the CA Standard
- Target and engage with local pages driving both content and engagement on
community posts - Help organise occasional social media takeovers spotlighting key club individuals
Community Partnerships
- Help identify & collaborate with local influencers
- Track and maintain relationships & efforts between the Club & Influencers
- Maintain a record of all gifted items and sessions
- Help identify potential partnerships for the Club
- Document in-club events via photos, videos, blog posts etc
- Coordinate with third party professionals such as video/photographers for premium
club content - Help leverage club/client contact to identify and develop strong relationships within
the local community
Administration - Help gather and complete daily and monthly reports highlighting efforts and analysing
strengths and weaknesses of the club - Assist scheduling as needed with coordinating facility schedule to maximise outreach
and local activations with coaches and club staff - Assist with training new coaches and club staff on the CA Brand along with outreach,
sales and retention initiatives - Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings and actively participate
- Provide exceptional customer service and be the best of the CA Brand in greeting,
assisting and responding to ALL-STAR needs or inquiries and helping resolve any
complaints the club may receive

Head Coach
At Combine Air the Head Coach is the heart of the business
This key role is accountable for the delivery of world class sessions and becoming a voice that motivates & inspires both ALL-STARS and CA x Coaches to reach their full human potential.
This role is responsible for the daily sales, operations and reporting of the club, leading and facilitating the growth of the business through generating new leads and retaining existing ALL-STARS.

Role Responsibilities
Coaching
- Delivers world class CA x Squad & PC session through communicating with appropriate CA language, clear and concise session instruction, whilst motivating & educating ALL-STARS
- Provides an energised CA experience that facilitates & encourages club growth through connection with new, existing & potential ALL-STARS
- Responsible for increasing the attendance in squad sessions by assisting in outreach, leading sales and converting enquiries in person, over the phone & online leads to meet club KPIs
- Implements and maintains CA training sessions and training protocols to the CA standard
- Displays and maintains a high standard of professional application to their role
- Continues to attend CA x Training & Coach upskilling sessions
Club Management
- Completes daily and monthly reports and checklists
- Responsible for club email and club drive activity
- Maintains safe health & fitness facilities through following all CA protocols relating to ALL-STAR club use such as Player Profiles
- Ensures the club is maintained to a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Schedules all staff hours and coordinates with facility schedules to maximise the usage & efficiency of time
- Works with management team on any unmet staffing needs and helps interview candidates

Sales, Retention and Outreach
- Responsible for the clubs KPIs in sales & retention , session attendance and overall growth and performance
- Observes attendance trends through the use of Admin reporting and Mindbody software and develops strategies to increase daily and weekly attendance
- Delivers solutions that promote & create positive ALL-STAR experience in the Club
- Leads direct selling to ALL-STARS in the club to meet club KPIs
- Allocates individual and club sales targets to each staff member for memberships & packs in club and within the local community

- Work with the community to drive new ALL-STARS into the club whilst working on opportunities specific to the community & demographic of the club

Role Responsibilities
Squad Session Coaching
- Delivers world class CA x Squad & Personal Coaching
sessions through communicating with appropriate CA
language, clear & concise session instruction whilst motivating

- Ensure the club is maintained to a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Continues to attend CA x Academy Training & Coaching Upskill Sessions completing all allocated modules.
- Attain & maintain your Squad Session Utilisation Rate, based on the tier you are on as a coach.
The ALL-STARS experience
- Observes attendance trends to develop sessions & analyze
the results of the sessions & overall attendance using
MindBody Software intelligence. - Uses MindBody Software to analyse attendance of the sessions weekly & bring any insights & suggestions to the team.
- Successfully executes CA x Club-level promotions driving a positive ALL-STARS experience alongside the team.
- Drives strong ALL- STAR relationships representing the CA to its capacity.
- Prepares & Prioritises for weekly CA x Club Manager Meeting to ensure deliverables are met & daily checklists are discussed
Local Area Marketing
- Works with the community in person & online to drive cultivating new ALL-STARS & opportunities specific to the community & demographic of the CA x Club.

CA x Cafe Barista
for ALL-STARS and walk-ins.
The Café Barista ensures that clients and ALL-STARS are always cared for and that the
Café and Club are always in pristine condition. Along with working in partnership with the
Club Manager and other Club Staff and local community to ensure quality service and
products all whilst achieving sales targets.
