Get ready for a high-powered strength session that takes your body to the limit. With drop sets and supersets, this session is designed to ignite every muscle group & shock you into faster adaptations while at 3500m altitude. Combining intense compound lifts with targeted isolation moves, this workout is engineered for total body strength and muscular endurance.

You’ll focus on challenging lifts & compound movements, building raw power and lean muscle. Thunder-Box combines the explosive power of boxing with strength-driven movements for a session packed with intensity. This session is designed to keep you moving, building endurance, speed, and agility & sneaky little challenges along the way! With rapid combos and minimal rest, Swift-Box is the ultimate session to sharpen your reflexes, burn calories, and elevate your fitness.

MAX-AIR 60

BELIEVE + CHALLENGE + GLORY

Headline Act – Max Air 60 is the ultimate team-driven, high-energy challenge. For 60 minutes, you and your squad will push through a hybrid mix of strength and conditioning while the tunes are pumping and your teammates are working for you. The intensity is amplified by the altitude, driving faster gains in endurance, power, and resilience. Every second counts as you push each other to new limits, forging strength and camaraderie in the process.

This 50 min full body strength session will have ALL-STARS working their strength game building lean muscle mass, burning excess fat & most importantly, dominating their strength game!

ALL-STARS get those dukes up! This 50min session is the crème de la crème of boxing + Power!

Showcasing bouts of 1-3 minutes & opening the Field of Green for any FRESHMEN new to the bags with no experience needed! All ALL-STARS need to do is rock up, get their guard up and roll with the punches – literally!

SWIFT-BOX

BOX + EVOLVE + CONQUER

50 mins of showstopping boxing split with boss mode cardio for the ultimate shred sesh! ALL-STARS box, run, ride, lift & row banking more benefits than any other form of training. Sounds crazy right? Yes – We get crazy!

Oh, and in the last few mins? ALL-STARS come together for an all-out final dance off! Throw in some fist pumps and get down to some unfinished business

MAX-AIR 60

BELIEVE + CHALLENGE + GLORY

Strap up for this 60 min throwdown! ALL-STARS band together to finish the week on top of the world. 3500m above sea level and smiling ready for sweet science to take its course!

Easily the holy land of athleticism, this session works in a hybrid format of strength & conditioning, trimming & toning your entire body. ALL-STARS just wait and see – start as many, finish as one! Be amazed at what you can achieve!
