Building athletes

of tomorrow.

At Combine Air Academy, we don’t just train young athletes, we develop confident, capable and resilient movers. Every session is built around the fundamental qualities that support sporting performance, reduce injury risk and help young athletes enjoy long-term success.

Running in line with the school term, the program combines structured altitude training, professional coaching and performance education to give young athletes the tools to train smarter, recover better and maximise their performance in the sports they love.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

CA Academy is a 10-week athletic development program for kids and teens who play sports.

Each term follows a clear path for progression giving athletes, parents, and coaches a way to identify areas for improvement and measure development across the term.

Sessions are designed by a team of health and fitness professionals, including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers, and Sporting Coaches. Every session is delivered in a safe, coached, and supportive team environment, with all CA Academy coaches holding a valid Working With Children Check.

Session days and times vary by club.

Kids academy

WHO IT'S FOR

CA Academy is designed for kids and teens who are already involved in sport and are ready to take their training more seriously.

It is ideal for young athletes who:

The program is best suited to kids who already have a base level of activity, enjoy sport, and have a genuine drive to get better. CA Academy supports athletes up to 15 years old, with 16 year olds and above able to progress into regular Combine Air group training sessions where suitable.

WHY ALTITUDE TRAINING?

At Combine Air, athletes train in a simulated altitude environment where less oxygen is available. The pressure in the room remains the same as sea level, but the oxygen percentage is reduced, creating a unique training stimulus.

For young athletes, this creates a safe yet efficient and purposeful environment where they can build capacity, resilience, and effort tolerance under the guidance of experienced coaches.

The aim is not to push kids beyond their limits. It is to help them develop the physical and mental qualities that support better performance in sport and life.

Why parents choose CA Academy

The program gives young athletes access to professional coaching, structured programming, altitude training, performance testing, and education in a positive team environment. It helps bridge the gap between regular sport participation and true athletic development.

For kids who already love their sport, CA Academy provides the extra layer. The strength, fitness, discipline, and confidence to keep progressing.
