Body Science x Combine Air Competition

  1. Promoter Details
    • The promoter is Combine Air Training [Combine Air Franchising Pty Ltd (ACN 641 134 821)] of registered office address: 3/670 Darling Street, Rozelle, NSW 2039, Australia.
  2. Competition Period
    • The competition opens on Thursday 6th February AEDT and closes on Thursday 20th February at 11:59pm AEDT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older.
    • Employees of Combine Air, Body Science, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter
    • Participants must:
      • Follow @combineair.hq on Instagram.
      • Like the competition post.
      • Tag at least one unique Instagram handle in the comments. 
      • Additional entries are capped at 10 
    • Additional entries:
      • Participants will receive one additional entry for each unique Instagram handle tagged (up to a maximum of 10 tags per entry).
      • Tagged accounts must be individual accounts, not businesses, bots, or fake profiles.
  5. Prizes
    • There will be one winner who will receive:
      • A $1,000 Body Science Supplement Pack.
      • 1 week of free training at their closest Combine Air club.
    • The training prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period, via a third-party random selection tool to ensure fairness. Combine Air’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Winner Notification
    • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the competition closing.
    • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Prize Redemption
    • The Body Science Supplement Pack will be sent to the winner via post.
    • The winner must live in Australia.
    • The free training week must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified and is subject to availability.
  9. Content Usage
    • By entering, participants consent to Combine Air and Body Science reposting or sharing their comments, tags, or other competition-related content on social media for promotional purposes.
  10. Disqualification
  • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant, or those using bots, fake profiles, or other automated means to enter.
  1. Liability
  • The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may prevent entries from being submitted.
  • By entering, participants release the promoter from any liability relating to the competition or use of the prize.
  1. Cancellation
  • Combine Air reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
