ALL-STAR SEASON | 8-WEEK CHALLENGE - Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility
    The All-Star Season Challenge is open to active Combine Air members aged 16 years and over.
    Participants must hold an active membership for the full 8-week challenge period and complete
    both a pre and post body scan in the designated weeks to be eligible for any prizes.
  2. Entry
    Entry into the challenge requires the purchase of a challenge entry ticket via Mindbody.
    Entry fees are for challenge participation only and do not include training or membership costs.
  3. Challenge Period
    The challenge runs for eight (8) weeks. Participants must complete both a pre-challenge and
    post-challenge InBody scan within the designated timeframes at a Combine Air club.
  4. How Progress Is Measured
    Progress is measured using InBody Scan (or approved measuring device from Combine Air HQ)
    Score improvement only. This score reflects changes across fat mass, lean muscle mass and
    multiple other parameters. Weight loss alone does not determine eligibility or prize entries.
  5. Entries into the Draw
    Participants receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every +1 increase in their InBody Scan
    Score across the challenge period. Only positive improvements qualify. Participants with no score
    improvement are not eligible for prize entries.
  6. Winner Selection
    All prizes are awarded via random draw from eligible entries. Club-level prizes are drawn by
    individual clubs. The major prize is drawn by Combine Air HQ. Skill plays no part in determining winners.
  7. Prize Details
    Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion
    of a prize is forfeited. Prize details are correct at time of publication but may be subject to change.
    For the major holiday prize, blackout dates apply and travel is subject to availability. The prize does
    not include passports, visas (including Vietnam visa fees where applicable), travel insurance, laundry,
    phone calls, beverages, meals, or any other ancillary costs unless expressly stated.
  8. Membership Requirement
    Memberships (auto billed or pack) must remain active and in good standing for the duration of the
    challenge. Membership cancellations or breaches of club policies during the challenge
    period will result in disqualification.
  9. Verification of Results
    Combine Air reserves the right to verify InBody scan results and eligibility. Failure to provide valid
    scan results within required timeframes may result in disqualification.
  10. Health & Safety
    Participants acknowledge that training at altitude and participation in recovery services carries
    inherent risks. Participants should consult a medical professional prior to commencing the challenge
    if they have any health concerns.
  11. Use of Personal Information
    Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the challenge and in
    accordance with Combine Air’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their
    name and image for winner announcements and promotional purposes.
  12. Refunds
    Challenge entry fees are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
  13. General
    Combine Air reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the challenge or these Terms &
    Conditions at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
